Costa Rica: Mi Casa Holiday Costa Rica is a 5 day event, beginning Wednesday, May, 6th, 2015 and ending Wednesday, May, 10th, 2015. We offer hotel packages for 2-7 nights. Note that in order to book 1 hotel room for you and a friend, you must both have the same travel dates.

Travelers should fly into Juan Santamaria International Airport (SJO) Playa del Carmen is approx. 30 minutes west of San Jose, Costa Rica. Transportation to and from the airport is included with any combination package purchased through our booking services. If you purchase events only packages, then you will need to arrange your own transportation to and from the airport.Where is the closest airport to Playa del Carmen?
Travelers should fly into Cancun International Airport. (CUN) Playa del Carmen is approx. 45 minutes south of Cancun, Mexico. Transportation to and from the airport is included with any combination package purchased through our booking services. If you purchase events only packages, then you will need to arrange your own transportation to and from the airport.Do I need to rent a car?
Renting a car is not necessary. Round trip transportation is included to and from the airport with all MCH combination packages that include flights. Submit your flight itinerary to firstname.lastname@example.org by the provided deadline to guarantee your transfers. Transfers will only be honored on the travel dates specified on your reservation. The hotel properties in Costa Rica are central and a short taxi ride from the local San Jose events. The hotel properties in Mexico are central, and within walking distance to all MCH events in Playa del Carmen.Are there payment plans available? How do I apply?
Yes. Payment plans are available up until the final payment deadline. This means, the sooner you register the more time you will have to make payments. Our hotel accommodation packages do sell out, so register early to ensure you secure your preferred itinerary and hotel. After registration you will receive a confirmation invoice that includes instructions on how to login to your account and make monthly payments. It will also inform you as to when your final payment is due.
Holiday planners are service oriented travel consultants who are your direct contact and travel concierge. They provide travel updates, answer questions, assist with special occasions, or any changes made to your specific travel itinerary. Each Holiday Planner is listed at the time of registration. All U.S. Citizens are required to carry a valid passport when traveling internationally. International travelers under the age of 18 will need a notarized letter of permission to travel from their parent/legal guardian at the time of travel. Non-U.S. Citizens should contact their appropriate consulate or office for specific documentation requirements.
If you don't have a valid U.S. passport, we recommend you apply ASAP. If you are unable to obtain a passport by the event dates no refunds will be given. Visit www.travel.state.gov/travel for the most current travel documentation requirements.
When traveling within the United States, U.S. Citizens will need to provide a valid government issued photo ID.How do I obtain my MCH travel information?
If you have paid for your hotel package in full, you will receive a departure packet 2-3 weeks before your departure. FAQ (Events & Attendance)
No. MCH also offers events only packages. Note: Hotel Packages for Costa Rica include event passes for the dates of travel. Hotel Packages for Mexico include event passes for the dates of travel during the Early-Bird stage only.Can I buy event tickets on site or at the door?
MCH can not guarantee that event tickets will be available for purchase on site. Many of these events sell out prior to the date of the event. It is recommended that you buy a package in advance.Besides music, what else is there to enjoy at Mi Casa Holiday?
Costa Rica: Gear up for awe-inspiring ecological sites, waterfalls, exotic animals, hiking, sunset on the world famous Jaco beach, and the largest and most acidic volcanic lagoon on earth, situated 8900sqft above sea level, Poás valcano. Travelers may visit their tour desk located in the hotel lobby for more information.
Mexico: Enjoy MCH Yoga relief, MCH Dance workshops, and the brand new MCH Challenge Envision a Scavengers hunt meets The Amazing Race type of Challenge! In addition, Holidayers can enjoy white sandy beaches, legendary coral reefs, jungles laden with underground rivers, cobblestone streets surrounded by cafes and shops, water activities (kayaking, snorkeling, kite surfing) and Mayan Ruin tours. MCH has also added some optional experiences including a Catamaran Snorkel Tour, Margarita Tasting, Craft Beer Tasting and more. Travelers will receive details on the optional MCH experiences with their departure packet information.

Mexico:While the majority of the events are adult only, MCH has something for everyone. Our accommodations at the Gran Porto Real Resort offer the Oki Kid's Club for Children ages 4-12. If you are registered and plan to bring your child, please submit their information to: firstname.lastname@example.org This ensures they are included in the airport transfer and room count.
